The Shanghai Infrastructure Forum, held at the Rainbow Hotel in Tianjin on 3 July 2006, is one in a series of forums held across China with the aim of building a network of leaders with an interest in sharing experiences and ideas on infrastructure reform and financing.

The forum is part of a broader Australian (Victoria) Services Mission, involving the participation of infrastructure and economic governance experts from Australia and the region.
